Jenn Tomassi leads the Client Success team for Sterling Healthcare & Life Sciences, ensuring that current clients are satisfied and leveraging all the benefits of partnering with Sterling.
Since 2014, she has been developing, executing and managing end-to-end client success programs and inspiring her growing team of Client Success Associates.
Jenn works closely with the product development team to help bring new solutions to market. She also aligns closely with the compliance team to ensure that Sterling, and its clients, are always compliant and up-to-date with federal, state and local hiring regulations.
With over a decade of client success experience, Jenn’s previous roles include managing customers at Dow Jones that represented a wide array of Fortune 500 companies, and as an Account Executive at Bratskeir & Company, where her responsibilities included media outreach, product launches, client reputation and event management.
Jenn holds a BA in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Rhode Island.
Darin brings 18 years of healthcare contingent labor management experience to Aya Healthcare. He provides consultative, value-based solutions that deliver industry best practices and services.

Megan McCall serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN, where she directs the overall talent acquisition strategy and leads the recruitment team in finding top talent to meet the workforce needs across the organization.
Her team fills over 8,000 positions annually leveraging innovative employment marketing tactics with a focus on diversity outreach and internal mobility.
Since joining Vanderbilt Health in 2016, Megan has transformed the talent operations function, expanded the services of their in-house temporary agency and launched an executive search service.
Before joining Vanderbilt, Megan served as Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition for WellStar Health System in Atlanta, GA and has also served in talent management leadership roles at Grady Health System in Atlanta and at Scripps Health in San Diego, CA. She brings 20 years of recruitment experience in the healthcare industry.
Megan earned a Master of Science in Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC.
John Higgins serves as Director of Talent Acquisition for Sanford Health, one of the largest health systems in the United States. John leads a team of 150 talent acquisition professionals providing services to 46 medical centers, 200+ clinics and 400+ senior care locations across 26 states.
With more than 25 years of human resources and talent acquisition leadership experience, John is a recognized expert with deep experience in identifying, recruiting and leading high-performing teams. Prior to moving into the healthcare industry, his career spanned multiple industries including financial services, retail, software and consumer packaged goods having worked for some of North America’s most recognizable companies including The Royal Bank of Canada, Target Corporation, Ceridian Corporation, and The Schwan Food Company. These experiences have allowed John to bring unique perspectives and capabilities to his work in the healthcare sector.
John and his family currently reside in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Outside of work you can find him spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, attending sporting events or out riding his Harley Davidson.

Prior to joining SSM Health, Julie advised and consulted on diverse talent matters, HR transformation, strategy and culture initiatives.
