Vincenza Caruso-Valente
Vincenza Caruso-Valente is the General Manager of Sterling's Staffing, Retail and and Franchise, holding P&L accountability of the business lines. She previously held SVP roles leading teams that supported Sterling’s largest clients in Staffing, Retail, Gig, and Tech. Vincenza’s team efforts have driven a 98% client retention rate.
Prior to Sterling, Vincenza spent over 11 years in leadership roles in sales, business development, and finance at Dun & Bradstreet, AT&T, and EDS. Vincenza holds a BA degree in Economics and Italian from Rutgers University
Taylor Liggett
Taylor joined Sterling in 2016 as Vice President of Business Development, where he oversaw sales, led numerous strategic growth initiatives, and cultivated key partnerships. With more than a decade of domestic and international experience in background screening, identity, and biometrics, he brings a unique perspective to the emerging and rapidly evolving identity business. Prior to joining Sterling, Taylor led the global account management operation for ADP’s background screening and I-9 services division. Taylor studied Business Management at the Colorado State University and Computer Information Systems at the University of Northern Colorado.
Angela Preston
Angela Preston, JD, CCEP, is Senior Vice President and Counsel for Corporate Ethics and Compliance at Sterling, a global provider of background screening and identity services. Angela is a recognized legal expert in the compliance and ethics, with a concentration in background screening. She currently serves as Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), the professional trade association of background screening. She has represented the association in meetings with the FTC, the EEOC and members of Congress. As a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, she is an active member of the Society for Corporate Ethics and Compliance (SCCE).
