Nathan leads the Drug & Health Screening (D&HS) services product line at Sterling. He has over 18 years of experience in enterprise software product management and sales. Nathan joined Sterling in 2017 to develop a new post-hire screening product called Workforce Monitoring and to help grow the Financial Services and Healthcare business verticals. In 2020 he transitioned to leading the Drug & Health Screening product area. Prior to Sterling he was a Sr. Product Manager at Bloomberg where he helped launch and grow the Bloomberg Vault business into a competitive provider in the financial services recordkeeping and supervision compliance space. Before Bloomberg, Nathan was at Autonomy where he helped develop their hosted social media monitoring platform and grow their enterprise search platform. Nathan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Tufts University.
